At Bloedel Conservatory, palmate leaves

    I just assumed this was Jatropha, but it has compound leaves, not palmately lobed ones, and it has a couple of extra leaflets in the centre. No flowers to help, of course. It didn't strike me as belonging to Araliaceae. Some leaflets seem almost sessile, very tapered to the stem.

    Thank you! I thought it looked familiar, but could not place it at all. It turns out I photographed one in 2013 at Helen Dillon's house in Ireland on the trip Douglas Justice led. It looks like she had it inside. I never would have found that photo on my own, never would have searched Begonia.
