    Also referred to as Acer shirasawanum var. tenuifolium. Small tree with strong branches. Easily grown and reliable fall colour with the seed held above the leaves. H 10' x W 10' {H 3m. x W 3m.}. Pics taken Oct.9/07.

    Thank you Alex, now I know some Italian words. A branch on the lower left side of the trunk was cut some years ago, making the tree look a little unbalanced. Seems to need very little pruning, nice habit. Thin leaves {"papery"} .
