I came across a 45 gallon specimen at leuty nursery. Most of their 45 gallon trees came from buchholz nursery as 3 gallons about 25 years ago. It was about 7' tall and 2.5' wide. Has small 1.5" long by 1" wide leaves, strong upright habit. Each new branch goes almost vertical, creating a multi-stem mostly column but the top is slightly wider so some may consider it a very narrow vase shape. The tree was not in a good position to get a picture of the overall form, but I plan to get a picture when the tree is out of storage and in their display area. Here is a picture of new Spring growth.

Buchholz has a picture of the fall color in their plant library:

Picked up this Tiny Leaf from Millstone Nursery in Dadeville, Alabama on drive home from Atlanta. Was looking for green leaf palmatum with orange fall color but could not pass up this gem. The tiny bright lime green leaves really captures your attention.

Here is my acer palmatum tiny leaf. Certainly a neat little tree. The form matches the above description.
