The cooked tempeh may be utilized in numerous recipes as desired. I keep it in the refrigerator and eat the small cakes as required. It can be steamed and fried but my preference is for baking on a lightly greased pan in the oven. At this stage it is benign in flavor. The texture is soft but firm.
