Each ingredient about 500 ml each was blended into a slurry with water and mixed in the double boiler for cooking for about two hours. The ingredients are: Nixtamalized Indian corn, Red Fife wheat kernels, raw sunflower seeds, flax seeds, nutritional yeast (250 ml) and raw dried almonds. A bowl makes a nutritional breakfast.
