With just taking a quick look I'd say #1 is kalanchoe, #3 Jade "Hobbit", #6 pachyphytum & #7 a sempervivum.

Definitely an Echeveria. Echeverias often grow on short stems as in your pic. In pic 2 it looks to be making an inflorescence... check this pic, I...
#1 is an Aloe, # 2,3 & 4 are Echeveria, # 5 might be Graptopetalum or Graptoveria...sorry can't be more specific than that.
