Beautiful cascades

    They are flowers..they start to open at the top and work the way down to the tip.
    It is one of my favourite winter shrub...Stachyurus sp. Probably Stachyurus chinensis.

    Yes, or possibly Stachyurus praecox. Is that at Vandusen Garden ?

    It's in Stanley Park just north of the tennis courts by the Park Board building. Thanks for your help!
