Hello all, my jade 5-year old plant is suffering from brown scaling/tunneling like a croc's skin. The new leaves look healthy and shiny, but over time, it becomes dull and develops that scaly texture. Any recommendations on how to cure it?

I don't know what this is but I would treat it as if it were edema or intumescence. Maintain a consistent soil moisture level, one without the extremes of dry and wet and see if there's an improvement. Currently affected leaves will not improve but perhaps the new growth will be unaffected, or at least less so.
