Bush Covered with Feathery, Spiral Seeds

    This is a very common bush in Southern California. This particular photo was taken in the Laguna Mountains on 7/9/2017. I can provide more photos if necessary, but the seeds are so distinctive and common, I'm guessing it will be easy to identify. Thanks.
