As Lonicera periclynemum is not to be found growing in my region or the immediate regions close by, I fear I must have made an ID mistake, or this sp. has moved further south which I doubt. Please help to ID this plant. Thank you in advance.

Good morning mr. Daniel. Thank you for reply and your prof. Opinion. It is often very difficult to ID from a photograph! This is the reason why I photograph various parts of the plant when one can approach safely without fear of injury.

I think you did an admirable job of photographing key elements. I could smell the perfume, feel the heat on my neck and shoulders, and the rough velvet of the buds and leaves on my fingertips, and hear the bees buzzing from blossom to blossom. Anyway, nice array of photos.
