I accidentally pulled my small succulent out of its soil and the roots got ripped off and I wonder if it's okay and what I should do next.

it's been like this for maybe two or three months and it still hasn't died but it's a little bit wrinkly on some petals.

I don't know what you have, but many succulents are propagated by simply taking small cuttings, allowing them to dry a few days and then laying them on moist cactus soil until they send out roots and start to make new little plants.

yes I know that, but it's not like an echeveria or close to looking like one and I can't seem to find any succulent or plant like it. but it's definitely not propagated and I accidentally got to knock it over and it lost its roots, I'm just curious to know how to get it to grow new roots

    That would be "propagating" it.
