Shrub Along Embankment

    This shrub was growing along the embankment of the lake in Dorval, Quebec, beginning of June. No blooms, so I hope these pictures suffice.

    Thank you. I looked it up and apparently it flowers June to September. I did go back for another look but there are no flowers yet. I believe the city planted them last fall or possibly last spring so maybe they don't flower the first year? Or maybe it won't flower here until July or August. I'll keep my eye on the plants through the summer.

    The plants are blooming now so I made sure to get a photo. So, Sanguisorba obtusa 'Alba'?
