We recently did a presentation on Dwarf Conifers for the Master Gardner's of Ohio award luncheon. Here is a link to the photos used in our presentation. The beginning shows the progression of the garden to current date, then the current photos have names of the conifers featured in each photo. Names of some companion plants and evergreens are featured in some of the photos too.

Species names aren't ever capitalized by most contemporary authors.

Yes, I had this discussion with my better half and she felt it would be easier to read when the images are projected during the presentation. She was already 10 slides into identifying when I took over, so I figured happy wife = happy life! And the incorrect format continued...

Amazing garden, maybe a little over planted.

Thanks for the positive feedback! The over planting was an unintended result of our passion for plants combined with too many great nursery finds and too little yard for all those finds. Knowing when to stop is a discipline that I have yet to master...A lack of resources and real-estate have been a major controlling factor lately.

What soil mix do you use?? Same for conifers and maples? Your landscape is very impressive .
