    Well, I would have called this Cakile edentula, but that is supposedly only North American (but the leaf shape is not a bad match). In Europe, there is Cakile maritima, but it has more lyrate-shaped leaves than this. There are other species of Cakile it could be, I don't have the resources for your area.
